Quality control you can audit
Four inspection gates, one batch sheet per carton. If a part fails, we can tell you which material lot and which shift made it — that is the point of traceability.
Four gates before a carton closes
Incoming material
Glass hardness and thickness, OCA adhesion, cell capacity and protection-board function are checked on arrival.
In-process
Lamination parameters logged per batch; humidity and temperature recorded during OCA application.
Functional test
Display, touch, True Tone and battery-health readout verified on fixtures, model by model.
Outgoing inspection
Appearance, fit and packing checked against the order sheet before the carton is sealed and labelled.

Against manufacturing defects, from the delivery date on the invoice.
Units reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced in the next shipment.
Documents and test reports supplied with commercial invoices where required.
What happens when something fails
Send the part number, batch code from the carton and a short video. We confirm the failure mode, then settle with replacement credit, replacement units or a refund — whichever you prefer.
Warranty policyFailure rate, measured
We track returns per SKU and per batch. If a batch shows an abnormal rate, we pull it and re-test the remaining stock before it ships — that is how the catalogue stays stable.
Ask for a test report
We can send test reports and certificate copies for the SKUs you are evaluating, before you place an order.
