Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026. These terms apply to quotations, orders and use of musttby.com.
1. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are ex-works Shenzhen in USD, excluding freight, insurance, duties and taxes.
2. Orders
An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and receive the agreed deposit. Private-label orders require artwork approval before production.
3. Payment
Standard terms are 100% before shipment for new customers; repeat customers may apply for credit terms. Accepted methods: T/T, PayPal and Western Union.
4. Lead time and delivery
Lead times are estimates and start after payment (and after sample approval for private label). Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm.
5. Warranty
Parts carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects as described in our warranty policy. Installation damage, physical damage and modification are excluded.
6. Returns
Returns require an RMA number. Unopened stock may be returned within 30 days; defective units are handled under warranty.
7. Intellectual property
Customer artwork remains the customer's property and is used only for the agreed order. Musttby trademarks may not be used without written permission.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shenzhen.
