Incoming material screening
Glass hardness, OCA adhesion and cell capacity are checked when the material arrives — not after assembly.
Dust-free lamination
OCA is applied under controlled humidity and temperature, then de-gassed to remove trapped air.
Functional testing
Touch, display, True Tone and battery-health readout are tested on fixtures before packing.
Traceable packing
Batch code, date and operator on every carton, so a claim can be traced back to the shift.
