Returns & RMA

We accept returns for unopened stock within 30 days of delivery, and warranty claims for defective units at any time inside the 12-month window.

Return conditions

• Unopened, undamaged retail packing or sealed anti-static tray.
• Carton label and batch code intact.
• Return freight is covered by the buyer unless the fault is ours.

RMA process

1. Request an RMA number from your sales contact — include the invoice number and part numbers.
2. We issue the RMA and the return address; write the RMA number on the carton.
3. On arrival we inspect and settle within 3 working days.

Never ship a return without an RMA number — unlabelled parcels cannot be matched to a batch record.
