Three things that cause most callbacks

Flex creased during seating
Seat the display connector before pressing the panel down. A creased flex fails weeks later, not immediately.

Adhesive contaminated by dust
Work under a lamp with the backing still on until the frame is positioned — one fibre is enough to lift a corner.

Battery connector forced
Check pin alignment with a loupe. Forcing the connector damages the board, which is not a warranty fault.
